Amazon seller tooling

NeuroPrice, a repricing platform that adjusts Amazon sellers’ listing prices continuously, at very high volume.

  • Took over a partial, legacy codebase and ran it as primary engineer for most of the product’s life
  • Moved Amazon scraping onto end-user devices via Chrome extension workers, with checkpointing and recovery from shutdowns and network loss
  • Built an event system and Retool console so support could explain any SKU’s price instead of escalating it as a black box

~3 billion items repriced per month across 300 concurrent sellers. Supported the product to ~$10k MRR, and cut $4,000/month in proxy and API costs.

A B2B wholesale platform serving retail partners across India, where we owned backend delivery for the business-critical systems.

  • Built the KYC and anti-fraud module — ID upload, agent approval, order gating, and ID-based ban intelligence on new signups
  • Modernised the wallet into a standalone double-entry accounting service, integrated with HSBC virtual accounts
  • Built Virtual Warehouse — exposing mother-hub inventory to child pin codes with split-order fulfilment and auto-replenishment

Return-to-origin fell from ~6% to under 4%. Virtual Warehouse enabled roughly ₹40–50M in incremental monthly GMV.

Nine years building production software, six of them independent. Started at Zoho on Zoho Campaigns — a product serving around 2.5 million customers — then HippoVideo, then went out on his own.

That mix is why KodingKorp works the way it does: enough time inside product teams to know what in-house actually feels like, and enough time running engagements to know where vendors usually lose the plot.

He founded KodingKorp in 2023 for a client who needed a team — and who was tired of consultants working to the letter of the contract instead of the vision behind it. Building to the vision rather than the ticket is still how we work, and he stays on the engagements directly: in your planning, in your pull requests, and on the other end of the escalation.
