International Transfers
When you accept analytics, anonymous usage data is transferred to PostHog in the United States. We rely on standard contractual / vendor-due-diligence safeguards. India's DPDP Act restricts cross-border personal-data transfers only to destinations specifically restricted by the Indian government; no such restriction applies to the destinations we use at the date of this policy.
