This policy explains billing, cancellations, and refunds for paid engagements with Shivam Mathur, sole proprietor (GSTIN 09CKCPM5699F1ZN), trading as KodingKorp.
Scope
This policy applies to paid engagements — consulting, custom work, and other services contracted with Shivam Mathur.
Products distributed under the KodingKorp brand (such as standalone applications and downloadable tools) have their own billing, cancellation, and refund documents. Refer to each product's documentation.
Billing
kodingkorp.com does not process payments. Paid engagements are invoiced separately via Zoho Books under a written agreement.
- Payment options (such as bank transfer or card) are presented per engagement based on requirements.
- Invoices, receipts, taxes, and chargebacks are handled by Shivam Mathur.
- Pricing, billing schedule, and payment terms are agreed in the engagement contract before any work begins.
Cancellations and Refunds
Engagements are bespoke and time-bound. Once an engagement has been initiated, agreed in writing, or delivered (in part or in full), fees are non-refundable.
By proceeding with a paid engagement, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, cooling-off rights, statutory guarantees, or refund rights that apply in your location under applicable law.
