These Terms govern your access to and use of kodingkorp.com, provided by Shivam Mathur, sole proprietor (GSTIN 09CKCPM5699F1ZN), with principal place of business at H-264, WeWork Berger Delhi One, Sector-16B, C-001/A2, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India ("we", "us", "our").

By using kodingkorp.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use kodingkorp.com. The website is not intended for children or minors. The website is not designed for emergency, medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, credit, insurance, employment, education, housing, public-benefit, or other safety-critical decisions.

Account

kodingkorp.com does not currently offer user accounts. The website is informational and includes a contact form. If account-based functionality is added later, additional terms may apply.

Acceptable Use

You may use kodingkorp.com only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not:

User Content

kodingkorp.com does not currently accept user-generated content. The contact form is the only user-input surface, and submissions are treated as private correspondence — see our Privacy Policy for handling.

AI Features

kodingkorp.com does not currently offer AI features as part of the public website. Where products distributed under KodingKorp include AI features, those products carry their own terms and disclosures.

Paid Plans, Engagements, and Products

The website does not process payments and has no checkout.

  • Paid engagements (consulting, custom work) are governed by separate written agreements between you and Shivam Mathur. Fees are invoiced via Zoho Books, and payment options (e.g. bank transfer, card) are presented per engagement based on requirements.
  • Products distributed under the KodingKorp brand have their own terms, billing, and refund documents. Refer to each product's documentation.
  • Cancellation and refund terms for paid engagements are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data on the website. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie and storage item the website sets and explains the consent model.

Intellectual Property

The website (including its design, layout, code, written articles in the knowledge base, and other content) is owned by Shivam Mathur or licensed to him. Knowledge-base articles are made available for personal reading; reproducing, redistributing, or republishing them without prior written consent is not permitted except as allowed by applicable law.

You may send feedback. We may use feedback without obligation to you unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Trademarks not owned by Shivam Mathur but appearing on the website are acknowledged as the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

The website uses third-party vendors (currently PostHog for analytics and Directus for content / contact-form storage) and may link to external sites. Their terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. Mandatory consumer rights in your location remain in force where they apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Shivam Mathur will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from your use of the website.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for all claims relating to your use of the website is limited to the greater of fees paid by you to Shivam Mathur in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or ₹0 where no fees were paid.

Termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the website. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, contact) will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the website, our business, or applicable law changes. The updated version will show a new Last updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will receive additional notice where required by law.

Accessibility

kodingkorp.com targets WCAG 2.2 AA where practical. The website has not been formally assessed for full conformance. To report an accessibility issue, email [email protected] with the page URL, the assistive technology you use (if any), and a short description of the issue.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your location require otherwise.
